Soursop
True love...Organically grown, the guanabana, also known as soursop, is often misunderstood by its outward form. Often heart-shaped , green and studded with its soft, deceptive spikes, you might pass it by for something smoother, less challenging to the eye. But one who knows, outside appearances is like a refrigerator, it not important, It's what's inside that counts! 💙 With white flesh, creamy and sweet, with a tang like pineapple, a richness like banana, a hint of something else, something singular and intoxicating. The juice, the essence, is cool, clean taste that lingers, leaving you wanting more. It's often said it has old medicine in it, this fruit, some swear by its anti-cancer properties... But most just love the way it tastes, If you never tried it you might want to give it a try, soon while it's in the beginning of the season right now.. I have some if you're interested just drop me a line

fertilizer
Inspired by the Native American technique of burying fish and planting on top for optimal nutrition for the soil and the crops grown on it, we bring you fermented fish fertilizer! This fertilizer returns the full spectrum of nutrients, enzymes, and minerals to the soil while being completely lagoon safe. For at least ten months, fish carcasses were placed inside recycled salt containers from pool companies with either the addition of organic molasses or freshly cut sugar cane grown from the farm and artesian water to create the ferment. This method creates so much nutrition density that plants are better able to fight of diseases, bear fruit sooner, and even return life to barren soil. Whether you’re looking for beautiful green grass or a healthy, thriving garden/food forest farm, the nutrients this fertilizer gives the soil will bring the land back to life and keep the lagoon clean and safe as there are no chemicals used at all in the making of this homemade brew. You can either water it in or use a backpack sprayer and with only needing 2tbps to a gallon, the formula will stretch a long way. This product can have a fish smell that will only last a few hours. But the results are impressive because it nourishes the microbiome of the soil which in turn will produce nutrient-dense food.

Bio-based Cleaning Products
Through our journey of healing ourselves and the Earth, we discovered soap berries! (Also known as deseeded soap nuts.) Soap berries are a natural berry that fall from the tree Sapindus saponaria and contain up to 37% natural saponins. As a berry it is the safest for you and the environment to be using as an all-natural anti-microbial soap! The extraction of saponins from the berries is easy. Just simmer a handful in water using a slow cooker for around 1-2 days or throw 4-6 inside a cotton bag on a hot laundry load. The extract after boiling then must be refrigerated after it cools down or preserved by an essential oil to be shelf stable. You can also place it into smaller bottles for household usage. We find repurposed condiment or juice bottles work well for dispensing. The mixture can be diluted 3:1 with water and used as: shampoo/conditioner, hand/body soap, dish soap, car cleaner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, stain remover, all-purpose cleaner. If needing extra cleaning power just add vinegar and/or orange essential oil. These berries then can be composted along with our 100% compostable package! We've carefully selected our packaging to be corn-based bioplastic along with our stickers. Our logo sticker is printed using paper, eco-conscious vegetable ink, and an all-natural adhesive on the back for sticking. Our product labels are the same but are not printed. Each label is handwritten by us, using a calligraphy pen and wild privet ink, making our stickers eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable and compostable too. We sell one bag for $25 and 2 for $40. You can find us in person at Florida Fields to Fork 1200 Corey Rd, Malabar, FL 32950-3341 Thursday (2:30pm-6:30pm) and Friday (10am-2pm). Or email or text us at earthregenerationalliance@gmail.com 321-634-4226 to meet for buying or possibly local drop-off/delivery option.

Aesthetic Appeal: • Adds a modern and stylish touch to any interior design Characteristics • Appearance: Tall, sword-like leaves with variegated green patterns; some varieties have yellow edges or a marbled texture. • Growth Habit: Upright, architectural growth; grows up to 3-4 feet indoors (depending on variety). • Lifespan: Long-lived and slow-growing Care Requirements 1. Light • Ideal: Bright, indirect sunlight. • Tolerant: Low-light conditions. • Avoid: Prolonged direct sunlight, which may scorch the leaves. 2. Watering • Water sparingly. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. • Overwatering is the most common way to harm snake plants, as they are prone to root rot. • In winter, reduce watering to once every 4–6 weeks. 3. Soil • Use well-draining soil, such as cactus or succulent mix. • A pot with drainage holes is essential. 4. Temperature and Humidity • Temperature: Thrives in 60–85°F (15–29°C). Avoid frost or cold drafts. • Humidity: Tolerates dry air but thrives in normal household humidity levels. 5. Fertilizer • Feed with a general-purpose houseplant fertilizer once a month during spring and summer. • Do not fertilize in fall and winter. 6. Pruning • Remove damaged or dead leaves by cutting them at the base. • Snake plants rarely require pruning due to their slow growth.

Grow your own eco-friendly loofah sponges at home. Ideal Growing Conditions for Loofah Plant: Climate: • Loofahs thrive in warm, frost-free climates with long growing seasons (150–200 days) Zones: Seeds grow best in zones 7–11, but they can also be grown in cooler zones with proper care. Ideal for direct planting outdoors after the last frost Loofah Sponge Seeds - Planting Instruction: •Zones 6 and below: Start seeds indoors 4–6 weeks before the last frost, then transplant outdoors when the soil warms up. Start Indoors: • Use biodegradable pots to avoid root disturbance during transplanting. • Use Row Covers: • Protect young plants from unexpected frosts. • Extend the Growing Season: • Use greenhouses or high tunnels for early starts and frost protection Temperature: • Germination: 70–85°F (optimal for seed sprouting). • Growth: Temperatures above 75°F encourage vigorous vine development. 4. Sunlight: • Full sun (6–8 hours daily). 5. Soil: • Well-draining, fertile soil with a pH of 6.0–7.0 Care • Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during germination and flowering. • Support: Provide a sturdy trellis or fence for the vines to climb. This keeps the loofahs off the ground and ensures they grow straight. • Fertilizing: Feed plants every 3–4 weeks with a balanced fertilizer or compost tea. Harvesting • For Sponges: • Allow fruits to mature fully on the vine until the skin hardens and turns yellow or brown. • Peel the skin to reveal the loofah sponge inside. Wash and dry thoroughly before use. • For Food: Harvest immature fruits when they are 4–6 inches long and tender. Use in stir-fries, soups, or salads
