Rising Oaks is a budding homestead where I homeschool 3 boys, raise beef, chicken and dairy. our chickens are free-range, supplemented with fermented grain and black soldier fly larvae. the cows are pasture raised. sugar, our ayrshire/hereford dairy cow, is pasture raised and fed sweet feed at milking. we do not vaccinate or give hormones to any of our animals. I offer (and ship) freeze dried ground beef (raw patties or cooked ground), freeze dried chicken and beef bone stock/broth, freeze dried pet treats (beef and chicken organs). I also offer fresh eggs and milk locally. I aim to add cheese and freeze dried milk in the near future.
